"Baba, as we fondly call him, saw into my ministerial future, when in year 2000, he called me into full time ministry without prior discussion with me. He made the announcement in the midst of hundreds of Pastors at a Camp Ground (Camp Young) Ede, In Osun State of Nigeria. He made the announcement and left without any further explanation. Today,by the grace of God, I’ve clocked 26 years in the Ministry as full time minister without any second of regret. Baba is known for his piety and total commitment to Evangelism and raising of leaders. A symbol of courage, hope and inspiration to many across the world. With profound gratitude to Almighty God, we join countless sons, daughters, friends, and well-wishers around the world in celebrating the 70th Birthday of our beloved Father in the Lord, Bishop Francis Wale Oke; a man whose life has become a beacon of faith, a vessel of divine grace, and a blessing to generations across the nations.
For us in the Ayeni Family, this celebration is deeply personal and profoundly meaningful. About thirty years ago, God graciously connected us to Daddy and Mummy, Rev. (Mrs.) Victoria Tokunbo Oke, through Christ Life Church. That divine connection has proven to be one of the most treasured gifts God has given our family. Since then, they have lovingly nurtured, guided, corrected, encouraged, and supported us both spiritually and personally. Through the decades, they have not merely served as leaders; they have become true spiritual parents whose influence continues to shape our lives and destiny.
As we reflect upon these three remarkable decades under their pastoral care, we can confidently testify that Daddy has been one of God's greatest blessings to our family. His unwavering commitment to raising men and women for the Kingdom of God has left an indelible imprint upon our lives, ministry, and future generations. Through his inspired teachings, fervent prayers, fatherly counsel, and sacrificial leadership, he has strengthened our faith, sharpened our vision, and inspired us to pursue God's purpose with greater devotion and conviction.
